Employee Motivation and Possibilities of its Influencing

The thesis discusses the importance of motivation and possibilities of its increasing on knowledge-based motivational profile of employees. In the first, theoretical part, there are provided the basis of motivation, definitions and basic concepts. The second part analyzes the current state of the work, methods of motivation and motivational profiles of workers. The following section, based on findings from previous parts, presents the draft measures increasing work motivation.

Questionnaire survey examines the satisfaction of the employees of the voestalpine PROFILFORM s.r.o. with the offered employee’s benefits. Work proposes an optimal employee’s benefits system.
Design of modular sports trophy system

Purpose of this bachelor thesis is design of modular system for trophy compilation. Modularity rests in possible usage for all three placements and different sports. System uses perpendicular contact of parts that ensures restriction of movement. Designed units are inspired by geometrical objects. Shape of resulting trophy is limited only by material characteristics and weight of base.

Firstly, the theoretical part focuses on the explanation of remuneration expressions. Secondly, in the practical part there is a characterization of personal politics and combination compensation of company Alfa a. s. The proper research deals with questionnaire survey and its evaluation. At the end, there are some improvements suggested, for the current combination compensation improvement.

In the second part, an analysis of the current system of remuneration in the company is carried out. On the basis of the findings, proposals are made to improve this system, which is contained in part three.
